Terms of Service
Orders are placed through a Discord ticket. Work starts once you and Shodwe Studio agree on scope, price and timeline.
Payment terms are agreed in your ticket before work begins.
Small changes during the build are included. Large changes to the agreed scope may change price and timeline.
When the work is delivered and paid for, it belongs to you, unless your ticket says otherwise. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You can cancel at any time. Work already done may still be charged.
Privacy Policy
Only what you share with us in your ticket: your Discord username, your project details, and files you send.
To build and deliver your project and to talk with you about it. We never sell your data.
Ask in your ticket and we’ll delete your project data, except what we must keep for our records.
If we need access to your bot or server, we only use it for the job and you can revoke it at any time.
